2017-2018 Scholarships
All Scholarship applications are available online. Students must download information about individual scholarships. Students who do not have access to computers at home may use computers in the Library.

Once you have printed the scholarship application please check for the deadline date and where to turn in or mail the completed application.

Due to confidential information, all completed applications MUST BE sealed in an envelope with student name and the name of the scholarship on the outside. Students: It is your responsibility to supply the envelope.

All deadline dates must be met as stated on the application forms. There will be no exceptions.

Many scholarships are going to an online process. If you have a problem accessing the links to any of the above scholarships, please contact the webmaster so that we may correct the problem.

Ron Brown Scholarship 01/09/18 Applicant must be Black / African-American, current high school Senior, excel academically, exceptional leadership potential, participate in community service activities, demonstrate financial need, be a U.S. Citizen, or hold a Permanent Resident Visa Card.

   
01/15/18 High school Seniors who are U.S. Citizens, and are planning careers of service to the United States in local, state and Federal government.
   
RMHC Scholars Scholarship Program 01/17/18 Applicants must be a high school senior that is younger than 21 years old, be eligible to attend a 2-year or 4-year college or university with a full course of study, be a legal U.S. Resident, live in the geographic areas of RMHC of Greater North Texas Chapter, and submit a completed application and all required documentation by the deadline.
     
Texas Engineering Foundation 2017-2018 Scholarship Application 01/19/18 Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, a high school Senior with a 3.00 or higher GPA, entering college in the Fall of 2018, have scored at least a 620 in Math and a 580 in Reading and Writing on the SAT, or a 29 in Math and a 25 in English on the ACT, enroll in an ABET Accredited Program, and provide a completed scholarship application with all required attachments postmarked or delivered by 01/19/18.

Healthcare Leaders Scholarship  01/29/18 Minimum qualifications: Age 17 years or older with a 3.0 GPA and enrollment status of accepted to or currently attending a nursing or medical related program at an accredited institution.
     
Technology Addiction Awareness Scholarship  01/30/18 Applicant must be a high school Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, or entering college or graduate school at any level. Home schooled students are also eligible.  There is no age limit.  Must also be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident.
     
Texas Student Housing 2018-2018 Scholarship Application  01/31/18 This scholarship is open to students accepted to colleges in Austin, TX College Station, TX or Denton, TX that have NOT signed an off-campus housing lease.
     
RedFin Scholarship  01/31/18 Applicant must be a Legal U.S. Resident, eighteen years of age or older.  Must be a graduating high school senior or current freshman, sophomore, or junior in college attending an accredited university or college, and must have a cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale. 
     
Creative Quilters Guild of Ellis County Textile Scholarship  03/02/18 Applicant must be a Senior graduating from a high School is Ellis County, Texas, who plans on attending college in Fall 2018.  Must be pursuing a degree involving Textiles such as Interior Design, Costume Design, Fashion Design, or Marketing field related to Textiles, and must submit completed scholarship application, essay, and all requested supporting documents by scholarship deadline.
     
Inez Lewis Scholarship Information and Application for 2018 03/09/18 Applicants must be a 2018 graduate of an Ellis County ISD high School and in the top 25% of their class.  Applicants must either take the SAT or ACT and include the that exam score with this scholarship application, and applicant must submit the completed scholarship application and autobiography as described in the Information Link for this scholarship.
     
Alpha Alpha Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International Scholarship  03/09/18  Scholarship is offered to high school senior females in Ellis County who plan to pursue a career in education.
     
Scarborough Renaissance Festival Scholarship 03/15/2018  Applicant must be a High School Senior, resident of Ellis County, Texas and must have participated in band, orchestra, choir, art, drama, or theater for a minimum of one year during their high school education. 
     
Ellis County Master Gardeners College Scholarship Program  03/16/18 Graduating Ellis County High School Seniors planning to study Horticulture or related sciences.
     
Felty Elementary Alumni Scholarship 03/23/18 Graduating WISD senior, pursuing college or vocational school degree, must have attended Felty Elementary min. of two years.  See scholarship app. for complete listing of eligibility requirements.
     
2018 Texas Telephone Association Scholarship Information and Application 03/30/18  Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, and a student graduating from a Texas high school no later than June 2018.  Applicant must have a 3.0 or higher GPA (out of 4.0) and must be planning on attending a Texas college or university by Fall 2018. Completed scholarship application with transcript must be postmarked no later than 03/30/2018. Student must also provide a letter of college acceptance and SAR (Student Aid Report)
